Thank you for your purchase of Santa Clawback! We hope you enjoy the book. Because our product is a book (either physical or digital), our refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

 

2. Physical Book Orders

 

All book sales are final, except in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items, or

  • Incorrect orders (for example, if you received the wrong title or quantity).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within

[7–14 days] of receiving it at info@santaclawback.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement copy at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take several business days before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@santaclawback.com.
