Thank you for your purchase of Santa Clawback! We hope you enjoy the book. Because our product is a book (either physical or digital), our refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
2. Physical Book Orders
All book sales are final, except in cases of:

Damaged or defective items, or

Incorrect orders (for example, if you received the wrong title or quantity).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll either:

Send a replacement copy at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet:

Check your bank or payment account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take several business days before your refund is posted.
